1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Antevolt platform, website, APIs, or any related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our Services. These Terms apply to all users, including organizations engaging Antevolt for Technical Due Diligence reporting.

2. Description of Services

Antevolt provides AI-powered Technical Due Diligence (TDD) reports for renewable energy assets. Our platform uses specialized AI agents to analyze technical documentation, assess risk, and generate institutional-grade reports aligned with SolarPower Europe Best Practice Guidelines. The Services include report generation, data processing, document analysis, and related tools.

3. Eligibility and Account Access

You must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to act on behalf of any entity you represent. Access to the platform is granted through our early access program or commercial agreements. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the platform.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services.
• Upload malicious content, viruses, or harmful data to the platform.
• Share access credentials with unauthorized third parties.
• Misrepresent Antevolt-generated reports as human-authored without disclosure where required by applicable regulation.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, technology, algorithms, models, branding, and materials within the Services are owned by Antevolt or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. Reports generated for you are licensed for your use under the terms of your commercial agreement. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of Antevolt's proprietary technology.

6. Data and Confidentiality

Documents and data you submit to Antevolt for analysis ("Client Data") remain your property. Antevolt processes Client Data solely for the purpose of delivering the Services. We treat all Client Data as confidential and handle it in accordance with our Privacy Policy and any applicable data processing agreements.

7. Reports and Disclaimers

Antevolt reports are generated using AI-driven analysis and are intended to supplement — not replace — professional engineering judgment. While we strive for accuracy and alignment with industry standards, reports are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Antevolt does not guarantee that reports will be free from errors or omissions. You are responsible for independently verifying findings where critical decisions are involved.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Antevolt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate access to the Services upon written notice. Antevolt reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases, and Antevolt may delete your account data in accordance with our data retention policies.

10. Changes to Terms

Antevolt may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Antevolt is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
